Tim James Manley

 

 

Coach TimJames Manley is the Owner and Head Coach of Rogue Sharks Swimming, he moved to the Rogue Valley in August of 2008 with his wife Char and his two boy's Adon (10 years) and Mason (18 months).  Coach Tim is a science-based coach who believes technical skills and training at the appropriate intensity are far more important than training volume.
