Tim Hill has been a force in the Swimming World for the past 30 years. Tim is known for his focus on technique and fundamentals, making him a perfect Leader at The Athlete Village.
Tim is currently the Head Coach and program director for the Piranhas Swim Team in Palm Springs, CA.

ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY, Tempe, Arizona
Head Coach, Women Swimming Team and Sun Devil Camp Director
- 1995 PAC-10 Coach of Year. NCAA and PAC-10 Swimmer of the Year
- Teams were among the Top ten at NCAA’s
- 88 All-Americans and 34 Academic All-Americans out of 150 student athletes
- US Open record holders, 1st women under 1:00 in the 100 Breast as well Olympians
- U.S. National Team Coach for World University games: Yugoslavia, 1987, Olympic Festival Head Coach 1990, and Montreal International 1994.
SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, Carbondale, Illinois
Head Coach, Women’s Swimming and Director of Saluki Swim Camp/Swim Club
- Saluki Swim club -Top 10 team (Men & Women) USA Summer Nationals
- Recruited and developed 47 All-Americans and 18 Academic All-Americans
- Pioneered Women’s National Independent Swim Championship in 1981. Won it 1983-84-85
- Numerous World ranked (Top 25) and USA National Team Members and Champions
QUANTUM LEAP SWIM CLINICS
Coach/ Director
Developed a program that has provided many clinic opportunities around the United States. It has enhanced coaches, clubs and swimmers to be more open-minded/ creative to their approach to the sport of swimming. These provided 2 hour to 1 week stroke technique, training and motivational sessions.
