My local coach and swim carpool pal were not able to see the video. Coach has an older machine and Carpool pal is a Mac user, any common problem,?  My guess is this is a Silverlight issue.

A few things.
1) For another user to see your video, you have to add them as viewers.  If they are getting an access denied error, this is definitely the problem.  Right below your analysis, you can input their email address.  That person also needs to have a free account at the Athlete Village.
2) If you already did step one, there are two technical issues that we have seen.  The first is MAC users with old computers.  As you guessed below, Silverlight is not compatible with a MAC computer with a Power PC processor. Now days all MAC's use an Intel processor which work great.  The one trick on a MAC... in about 10% of the cases a reboot is required for Silverlight to work.
 If it is still not working on an Intel Mac, try Firefox web browser rather than the Apple browser (Safari).
The second possible problem is that the user downloaded Silverlight, but did not execute the file.  We have found that some users / operating systems automatically save the .exe file to a folder on the users computer.  The user has to locate the file and execute it.
