When I go to my analysis I see the tutorial video, but do not see my analysis below it.  Where is it?

Have you updated your browser lately?

Make sure that you have an updated internet browser, for example Internet Explorer 7 or 8. (Internet Explorer 6 is not supported.) Click Here for a complete list of compatible operating systems and browsers.

Mac Users

We have had some reports that Mac users have had trouble viewing their analysis.  In most cases the user had downloaded the Silverlight EXE file to their computer, but never went back and ran the file.  Silverlight is not installed until you run this file.  An easy way to see if it is properly installed is to click on this LINK. Please contact customer support if you continue to have problems.  Customer Support.IMPORTANT.  On a Mac you MUST reboot your computer after installing Silverlight.Other Things to check. Some users have reported that Firefox is the prefered browser over Safari.  If you are having trouble with Safari, give it a try.If you are running a MAC with a Power PC processor, you will likely have problems.  Microsoft Silverlight is not supported on a Power PC.  Please contact us if you are using a Power PC and do not have access to another computer.  Customer Support.

Be sure that you install the Microsoft Silverlight plugin.  If you are not promted to install it, you can download it from this link. Silverlight Download.
