In any field, sex scandal is very prompted. I heard recently about the case of Dominique Strauss-Kahn . The head of the IMF, Strauss-Kahn, has been denied bail when arraigned on sexual attack charges. While boarding a flight to France, Strauss-Kahn was arrested for allegedly trying to rape a maid at the hotel he was staying at. He was taken into custody before his hearing. For the moment, he is being held at Riker's Island.

Good interview, though hard to hear at times. Figuratively and literally.
It is truly unbelievable that the steps that cost little to nothing to maximize protection have not happened. I would like to see another update in the progress of change in USA Swimming besides publishing this list. The hot-line needs to be up immediately, at a minimum. Our very small swim club has the money to just put out a practice hot-line, USAS with it 30M can afford this for the protection of everyone of its 300K members.
As the age group chair of my own LSC I am bit tired of what is going on at the national level and we have begun discussing what we can do as an LSC to protect our swimmers. It is time for all LSCs to make a change if USAS is acting to slow for them.
